Our patisserie range encompasses pretty much any type of pastry which requires refrigeration.
Some of our favourites include:
- Tarte au citron. Very silky lemon curd with the right amount of tanginess.
- Raspberry and almond. Raspberry, vanilla pastry cream and almonds.
- Chocolate raspberry. A raspberry infused, dark ganache.
- Cheesecake. Flavours vary weekly.
- Chocolate and salted caramel brownies. We fold the caramel through the batter.
- Raspberry blondies.
- Orange and Almond. Gluten free.
- Spiced pear cake. We poach pears in a spicy light syrup before baking
- Chocolate cake. Either in a bar cake (8 slices) version or as an individual portion
- Orange and Poppy seed bar cake
- Carrot and walnut bar cake.
- Small banana cake.
- Gingerbread man.
Don’t forget our Christmas classics.
- Chocolate pudding. Steamed and gluten free.
